Giving some opinions...

Hi guys, today I will talk about 4 topics, giving my opinion (in a brief way).

First, Tattoos: from my perspective, tattoos are one of the ways that human beings have for express themselves, I would say that it is art because they are related to feelings. I got my first tattoo at 15, maybe very young according to some people but life is so short so I want to make my body a canvas. I think that tattoos are badly judged but it's something that exists a looong time ago and also each one owns his body so... there is nothing to judge.

Second, the "Mechoneo": totally in disagreement with this practice when it is done in a harmful way and disrespecting the "Mechones". I find it very difficult to accept the fact that it is said to be "fun" when there are universities that do really bad things for the students... In fact, I COULDN'T disagree more.

Third, Recycle: I think it's a great great practice, which should be generalized and taught to all people. We need this activity if we want a future and even more, we MUST take care of the planet! Also, in my eyes, human beings have done a lot of damage on the planet but I still hope to change things...

And finally, fourth, Brave bars (or "barras bravas" in spanish): destruction, aggressiveness, problems. I think that it's good to support your team but reaching such large disaster levels seems wrong to me. For the rest of people, that go to the stadium, watch football with friends or family, etc. it should be entertaining and not dangerous, I believe...

Well, that's all for this post. See you in the next one.

Uncertain future: postgraduate studies

Hi, in today's post I'm going to write about postgraduates. I think I have to start saying that I'm currently a 3rd year psychology student, so some years are still needed to think about the possibility of applying to a postgraduate program... but we are going to put ourselves in a hypothetical situation. If I think about it, I think I would like to study a postgraduate that is related to infant psychology, that's the way I want to follow in my professional life. Actually, in this semester I'm studying educational psychology, legal psychology, community psychology, and others but those are the ones that call my attention the most, so maybe I would like to do a postgraduate in one of those areas but related to childhood (that's for sure), linking it to the social area.

I must say that, honestly, I'm not very clear about the particular subjects that would be taught in each one of them. Also, I'm not sure where I would study them, but the truth is that I want to travel in the future so the possibility of studying abroad would be good...  aditionally, I would like to study part time to be able to do other things of my interest.

So yeah, that's all for today, bye!!!

The animals are friends, not food

So, today the post is about animals... So, I remember that since I was a kid, I felt love for animals. Also, I remember with love those days that my father came to the house with some little and cute animal; we adopted many times some of them from the streets. I don't want to define myself like an "animal lover", I don't like the term because I think that many people use it only for "pets", only for the animals that they can "control". I use to know a girl that consider herself as animal lover but, for example, she still eating meat and that's not love. At least, that's my opinion.
I don't think that exist "the best pet", I think that define them and categorize them is not correct, all the animals must be treated with love and kindness, or at least with respect, not only those who we call "pets".

I have some mixed feelings with animals in a zoo because I'm super sure that sometimes they can be treated like the worse way but, also, other times the people in the zoo want to take care of them and protect them. So, yeah, it is difficult for me to choose one posture.

Apart, if you ask me which animal I would want to be, I think that the elephant or the cat will be the response. The elephants because I love them, they are very protective, affectionate and family animals. And I consider myself like that, kind of. Also, they always go around in group and, for example, when a member of the family pass away, the other members stay with him for a long period of time, and also cry, it is very emotional. In other way, the cats because they are really misterious and individualist animals but, at the same time, I think that when the humans have some troubles, the cats can feel it and they can be very kindness.

That was the post for today, thank u for reading!
Pd: the animals are friends, not food haha 🐟

My future (uncertain) job

Today I will talking about my future job... I think is difficult for me talk about this because the future is unpredictable so maybe I can say something now but suddenly these words or ideas can change. Even so, I will try.

If I try to think of me in five years, I see a person working in something related with psychology that is the career that I study today. In fact, I want to help people in general but the kids needs more help in their childhood so I want to work with childrens in specific if is possible. So yeah, I see the grow me working as a psychologist in some place of my country. I wish to work outside sometimes because I don't like office work very much (I think I would get bored...). Also, I would like to learn enough English and go to others places of the world and have the oportunity to increase my experience, my career and my job.

I don't think the salary is the most important thing, I just hope to get enough for living and give my family a good life. To add and finish, I just hope I can help and be useful to the people who need it. Although anything can change or happen, I hope I can help in some way and have a quiet life but with meaning.

Some changes...

So, today I will talk about some changes that I would like to make in my career, that is Psychology.  Well, along this years, the career ha...
